My career path had me working for some national companies like Norwest/Wells Fargo, Countrywide/BofA, and CTX Mortgage. Plus I have teamed up with some Sacramento regional players and start up players. It didn't always work out but I met some great people and always learned from the experience.

There is a saying, "the more things change the more they stay the same". When I first got into the business the #1 consumer-compliant was lack of communication from the loan officer. Today, consumer surveys indicate it is still an issue.
